Makes 2 loaves, again servings depend on how you slice it. Hope you like this one. I always add some almond flavoring to my cherry pie filling, it just makes it taste better.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups oil
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 (20 ounce) can cherry pie filling
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
Directions:
1. Beat together oil, eggs and vanilla.
2. Sift dry ingredients together and add to egg mixture.
3. Stir in cherry pie filling and nuts by hand.
4. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
5. Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
