These are wonderful dipped in a dark chocolate.
Ingredients:
1 kg icing sugar
1/4 cup maraschino cherry, minced
1 tablespoon maraschino cherry juice
1/3 cup butter, softened
1/3 cup light corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt
chocolate
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients till smooth.
2. Freeze till firm and easy to work with.
3. Working quickly form into small balls and flatten slightly.
4. Freeze again.
5. When frozen, again working quickly dip in melted chocolate.
