I can't remember where or when I found this recipe but I just found it 'saved' on my computer. Ingredients:
3 eggs |
1 cup sugar |
1 cup oil |
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
2 cups flour |
1 (15 ounce) can cherry pie filling |
3/4 cup chopped walnuts |
Directions:
1. Mix together eggs,sugar and oil, then add cinnamon, baking soda and flour.
2. Mix with electric mixer.
3. Add in cherry pie filling and walnuts. bake in greased
4. tube pan or bundt pan.
5. Bake 55 minutes or more in a 350 oven.
