simple cake recipe to make. Ingredients:
1 (18 1/4 ounce) box yellow cake mix |
1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling |
3 eggs, beaten |
1/2 cup packed brown sugar |
2 teaspoons all-purpose flour |
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
2 teaspoons butter, softened |
1/2 cup chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. in a large mixing bowl, beat the cake mix, pie filling and eggs until blended.
2. pour into a greased 13 inch x 9 inch x 2 inch baking pan.
3. combine the brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and butter.
4. sprinkle over batter.
5. top with nuts.
6. bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
7. cool on a wire rack.
