The original of this slightly tweaked recipe was found in the 2000 cookbook, Ultimate Smoothies.
Ingredients:
1 cup apple cider
1 tablespoon honey
2 cups bing cherries, stemmed, pitted
1 large banana
1 cup raspberry sorbet
Directions:
1. Put all the ingredients in a blender & process until smooth.
2. Pour into 2 glasses & ENJOY!
