Cheesy Sun Crisps

This is a cheesy cracker that is from the National Sunflower Association.
Ingredients:
2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
1/4 cup sunflower margarine (softened)
3 tablespoons water
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup quick oats
2/3 cup sunflower seeds (roasted, salted)
Directions:
1. Beat cheeses, margarine and water in large bowl until well blended.
2. Add flour and salt; mix well.
3. Stir in oats and sunflower kernels; mix until well combined.
4. Shape dough into 12 long roll; wrap securely.
5. Refrigerate about 4 hours (dough may be stored up to a week in refrigerator).
6. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and lightly grease cookie sheets.
7. Cut roll into 1/8 to 1/4 inch slices; flatten each slice slightly.
8. Place on prepared cookie sheets.
9. Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges are light golden brown.
10. Remove immediately; cool on wire rack.
