2 egg whites
1 teaspoon cream cheese
1/4 ounce smoked salmon
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
Directions:
1. Beat egg whites, cook.
2. Before eggs are fully firm add cream cheese and salmon and mix.
3. Continue cooking until eggs are firm.
4. Season and enjoy.
