Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Set oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Butter a 1-quart casserole dish.
  3. In a bowl mix all ingredients together until well blended.
  4. Transfer to prepared casserole dish.
  5. Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes.
  6. Remove and top with shredded cheddar cheese (any amount desired) return to oven for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
