Cheesy Rice With Ham and Broccoli

This is an easy, tasty way to use up leftover ham.
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked ham, cut into strips
3 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 cup water
1 1/2 cups minute rice, uncooked
1/2 lb velveeta reduced fat cheese product, cut into small cubes
Directions:
1. Bring ham, broccoli, and water to a boil.
2. Cover and cook on low 3 minutes.
3. Stir in rice and cheese; cover.
4. Remove from heat and let stand 7 minutes.
5. Stir til cheese is melted.
