Great for leftover rice
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked rice
2 teaspoons minced onions
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup grated american cheese
Directions:
1.
Combine all ingredients except the cheese. Mix well.
2.
Pour into a greased 1 quart casserole dish.
3.
Sprinkle with cheese.
4.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
