This is a quick, change-of-pace breakfast dish. Actually, sometimes when I am home alone and don't want to fix a supper, I fix this for my supper.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup cream
1 cup tomato juice
salt & pepper
1 1/2 cups grated cheese
Directions:
1. Cream butter and flour.
2. Add cream and tomato juice.
3. Add salt and pepper to your taste.
4. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
5. Cook till thick.
6. Add grated cheese.
7. Serve on toast.
