Cheesy Potatoes

Very easy and yummy side dish
Ingredients:
4 potatoes, peeled
1 packet of creamy chicken soup
500 ml milk (2 cups)
1 big onion, finely chopped
butter or margarine
500 ml grated cheese (2 cups)
Directions:
1. Cut the potatoes into slices.
2. Cook until not too soft.
3. Mix the soup powder and milk and put in a pot.
4. Heat up and stirr in the onion.
5. Put some of the potatoes into a greased oven dish.
6. Put some butter and margarine on top.
7. Pour milk mixture over.
8. Take some of the cheese and sprinkle over.
9. Lay another layer of potatoes, milk and cheese until everything is finished.
10. Just make shure to end with the cheese.
11. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
