Cheesy Potato Beef Bake

This is great for quick and easy dinner! Serve it with a veggie on the side, or throw some cooked veggies right in with it! I have added a can of drained corn and it turned out great.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
2 (4 ounce) cans mushroom stems and pieces, drained (optional)
2 (5 3/4 ounce) packages au gratin potato mix
4 cups boiling water
1 1/3 cups milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Place ground beef in a greased 9x13 baking dish and top with mushrooms.
2. Combine potatoes and contents of sauce mix packets, water, milk, butter, salt, seasoned salt and pepper. Pour over beef and mushrooms.
3. Cover and bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until heated through.
4. Sprinkle with cheese and bake, uncovered for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
5. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
