Cheesy Polenta Casserole With Roasted Bell Pepper Sauce

This casserole uses items from the pantry: Premade tubes of polenta and bottled pasta sauce make this casserole easy.
Ingredients:
2 cups tomato-basil pasta sauce
1/4 pitted kalamata olive, chopped
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 (7 ounce) bottle roasted red peppers, drained and sliced
1 (16 ounce) package polenta, cut in 12 slices
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons fresh parmesan cheese, grated
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Combine first 5 ingredients in a saucepan. Simmer 10 minutes.
3. Spread sauce in bottom of a greased 13 x 9 baking dish.
4. Arrange the polenta slices over the sauce.
5. Spread remaining sauce over.
6. Sprinkle with cheeses.
7. Bake 20 minutes.
