Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Chop up the tomatoes, onion and garlic, put them in a small sauce pan and saute until onion and garlic are translucent. Add in the Tomato sauce, as it starts to boil use a potato masher and mash up the tomato's a little more. Add the remaining sauce ingredients, and allow sauce to simmer for about 15 minutes. This can be done ahead of time.
  2. Cook the Noodles according the directions on the package. Once done drain and put them back in the pot.
  3. Pour the sauce onto the noodles and stir. Then add in the Parmesan Cheese and combine.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees.
  5. Pour the mixture into a slightly greased 8x8 Pan. Pour 1/4 cup water down over the noodles. Top with the Cheddar Cheese, and cook for about 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Let it cool a minute before serving.
