I got this recipe from someone I work with. I think I have seen it somewhere before but I am making it tonight again and thought you all might enjoy it too!
Ingredients:
1 loaf of french bread, cut it in half lengthwise
2 cups of mozzerella cheese
2 tbsp. green olives, chopped
3 tbsp. mayo (don't use miracle whip)
1 tsp. garlic powder
couple shakes of onion salt
Directions:
1. Set oven to broil.
2. Mix all ingredients together except for the bread.
3. Spread mixture evenly onto bread.
4. Broil 8 inches from heat until cheese melts.
5. Cut into about 1 inch strips and serve.
6. **I have used Foccachia bread and added minced garlic. It's all up to you. ** I think we make it a little different every time.
