Cheesy Mexican Chicken

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
4 skinned and boned chicken breast halves
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 (4.5-ounce) can diced green chiles
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded monterey jack cheese
paprika (optional)
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients; sprinkle evenly over chicken.
2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, and cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove from heat; top evenly with chiles and cheese. Cover and let stand 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
