Ingredients:
2 cups chopped spinach
1 1/2 cups eggbeaters
1 1/2 cups lowfat cottage cheese
3/4 cup reduced fat cheddar
1 1/2 tablespoons bacos bits
Directions:
1. Shred cheese. Mix everything together and pour into sprayed baking dish. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
