Cheesy Ham Loaf

This is great to have warm form the oven and the next morning for breakfast. I tried to grind up the ham and cheeses and it wasn't quite as tasty. Seems better to use cubes.
Ingredients:
6 slices bacon, diced
6 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup cubed monterey jack cheese (1/2 inch) or 1 cup cubed swiss cheese
1 cup cubed mild cheddar cheese (1/2 inch)
1 cup cubed cooked ham
Directions:
1. Brown bacon over medium heat until light golden brown. Drain.
2. In large mixing bowl, beat eggs uintil foamy.
3. Add milk, flour, baking powder and salt. Beat until smooth.
4. Stir in remaining ingredients and bacon; blend well.
5. Pour into greased and floured 9X5-inch loaf pan.
6. Bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes until golden brown.
7. Remove from pan. serve hot, cut in slices.
8. tips: if desired, add 1 teaspoon prepared mustard.
9. recipe can be doubled and baked in 2 9X5 loaf pans.
10. I have sometimes added a chopped onion which I had cooked in the bacon grease.
