Cheesy Corn Pudding

This dish adds a cheesy creamy flavor to the ordinary corn pudding. My family can't get enough of it!
Ingredients:
8 oz grated sharp cheese
1 can creamed corn
1 can white or yellow kernel corn (undrained)
1 stick unsalted butter
3 eggs
1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
8 ounces fat-free sour cream
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Pour into 2 quart round glass baking dish.
3. Bake at 375 degrees 45 - 60 minutes until lightly browned on top.
4. Fort inserted will not come out clean because of the cheese.
5. Top each serving with a dollop of butter, or serve as is.
