Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas

I don't remember where I got this recipe but my husband absolutely loves it.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 chicken breasts, boiled and shredded
1/2 cup onion, chopped
7 ounces diced green chilies
1 1/4 ounces taco seasoning
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups cottage cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1 pinch black pepper
12 (6 inch) tortillas
10 ounces red enchilada sauce
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Meat mixture- Heat oil in medium skillet over med-hi heat. Add chicken, onion, and green chilies; Saute until browned, then add taco seasoning and prepare according to package directions.
2. Cheese mixture- In a medium bowl, mix sour cream with cottage cheese and season with salt and pepper; stir until blended well.
3. Preheat oven to 350.
4. Assemble- Heat tortillas, place spoon of meat, spoon of cheese mixture and shredded cheese. Roll up and place in lightly greased 13x9 pan. Top with remaining meat and cheese, enchilada sauce and shredded cheese.
5. Bake- 350 for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
