Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a rice and vegetable casserole, topped with cheddar cheese.
Ingredients:
10 3/4 oz soup , campbell's cream of chicken 98
1.33 cup water
3/4 cup success white rice, uncooked
2 cup mixed vegetables
1/2 tsp onion powder
2 chicken breast, halved, boneless, skinless
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Stir the soup, rice, water, vegetables and onion powder in a 12 by 8 baking dish.
3. Top with chicken breasts. Season chicken as desired. Cover dish (with foil if need be).
4. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.
5. Top with cheese.
