Cheesy Cauliflower Au Gratin

Yummy cauliflower anyone will eat!
Ingredients:
4 cups cauliflower florets, 1lb
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
3 ounces velveeta reduced fat cheese product, cubed
3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup corn flakes
1/4 cup sliced almonds
Directions:
1. Place cauliflower in 8-9 inch square baking dish.
2. Microwave 3-4 minutes.
3. Sprinkly with nutmeg, then top with velveeta and shredded cheese.
4. Sprinkly with combined remaining ingredients.
5. Bake 12-14 minutes or until golden brown.
