Cheesy Bread With Scallions

Rosemary crusted goat cheese, cream cheese and Parmesan cheese make this tender bread cheesy yummy with a crisp crust.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup water
1 egg, whisked
4 tablespoons softened cream cheese
3 1/2 cups bread flour
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons fast-rising active dry yeast
4 ounces rosemary crusted goat cheese, diced small
1 ounce grated parmesan cheese
3 small scallions, sliced thin
1 egg
Directions:
1. Place water, egg, cream cheese in pan. Top with flour placing sugar, salt and yeast in separate corners.
2. Set machine on dough cycle.
3. Add cheeses the last five minutes of kneading.
4. Remove dough and place on floured surface. Punch down gentle and shape into a round loaf.
5. Place on oiled pan and cover with oil and plastic wrap.Rise 45 minutes.
6. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
7. Brush bread with egg wash.
8. Score bread into 8 segments scoring c`s center out.
9. Bake 35 minutes. Cool and enjoy.
