Cheesy Baked Peaches

This evolved from one of my favourite sandwiches - cheese and jam.
Ingredients:
4 large ripe peaches, halved and stoned
150 g low-fat cream cheese
25 g caster sugar
50 g amaretto cookies, crushed
75 g fresh raspberries
Directions:
1. Place peach halves in an ovenproof dish.
2. Mix cheese and sugar and fold in biscuits and raspberries.
3. Top each peach with a spoonful of the cheese mix.
4. Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes at 190°C Remove foil and bake for a further 10 minutes.
