Cheesy Bacon Snack Bread

It really sounded like a great snack to serve at game time. Prep time does not reflect the time needed to let dough rise.
Ingredients:
1 lb loaf frozen white bread dough, thawed according to package directions.
2 tbsp land o' lakes butter, melted
1/2 tsp onion salt
1/2 tsp liquid smoke, if desired
8 oz pkg (2 cups) land o' lakes chedarella cheese, shredded
5 slices (1/3 cup ) crispy bacon, crumbled
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
1. Press room temperature dough into greased 15x10x1-inch jelly roll pan.
2. Combine melted butter, onion salt and liquid smoke in a small bowl. Brush evenly over dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place until double in size (45 to 60 minutes).
3. Prick dough carefully all over with fork.
4. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon.
5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until edges of dough are golden brown and cheese begins to brown.
6. Sprinkle with parsley.
7. Cool 10 minutes and cut into serving pieces. Serve warm.
