100 g mascarpone cheese |
200 g ricotta cheese |
2 egg whites |
60 g flour |
40 g sugar |
1/3 cup lemon juice |
Directions:
1. mix ricotta, mascarpone and eggs
2. stir in flour and sugar
3. add in lemon juice
4. bake low 1 hour
5. brown 15 minutes
