Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup pecans, chopped
1 cup all-purpose flour
3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla extract
sour cream, topping
fresh fruit
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
Directions:
1. SQUARES:.
2. In bowl of food processor process butter, brown sugar, pecans, and flour.
3. Press into a greased 9x13x2-inch baking dish.
4. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
5. Beat cream cheese with sugar.
6. Add eggs, lemon juice, and vanilla.
7. Pour over crust.
8. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
9. Cool and refrigerate.
10. Cut into squares.
11. Top each square with sour cream topping and a small piece of fresh fruit.
12. SOUR CREAM TOPPING:.
13. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
14. Spoon mixture onto each square before serving.
