A quick, easy to fix cheesecake pie. A cheesecake lover's treat!
Ingredients:
14 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 beaten eggs
2/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 8-inch graham cracker ready made pie crust
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Process or beat the cream cheese, eggs, sugar and lemon juice together until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour into pie crust and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 25 minutes or until the center is just firm.
4. Beat the sugar into the sour cream and pour on the top of the pie.
5. Return pie to oven for 7 more minutes.
6. Remove and allow to cool down some.
7. Garnish with grated nutmeg and refrigerate for 2 hours to chill thoroughly.
