Ingredients:

  • 1 (18 1/4 oz) box yellow cake mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup nuts
  • 1 lb confectioners' sugar
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Mix together cake mix, egg, nuts and margarine; press into 13 x 9 ungreased cake pan.
  3. Then mix the confectioners sugar, eggs and cream cheese; pour over crust mix.
  4. Bake about 35 to 45 minutes.
