My family has made cheese cake like this since I was a little girl. I used premade graham cracker pie crust and filled them to the very top. I also let the cream cheese sit out on the counter so that it could soften. Ingredients:
24 ounces soft cream cheese (3 pks.) |
1 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 tablespoons flour |
2 eggs |
1 egg yolk |
1/3 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Cobine all ingredient in bowl.
2. Mix together and pour into crust (mixture may appear lumpy because of crream cheese, this is okay).
3. Bake at 350 till cheese cake sets, or toothpick comes out clean (about an hour depending on your oven).
