Got this out of a Kraft recipe book sometime ago. It is a fast and easy dish.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 3/4 cups water
2/3 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
2 cups minute white rice, uncooked
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Brown meat in large skillet on medium high heat and drain.
2. Add water, ketchup and mustard.
3. Bring to a boil.
4. Stir in rice, Sprinkle with cheese, cover.
5. Cook on low heat 5 minutes.
6. Stir.
