Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
2 cups whole wheat pasta (shells or elbows work well)
2 cups 2% milk
1 cup hot water
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons paprika
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef in a large skillet until no longer pink. Drain. Return to skillet.
2. Add hot water, milk, pasta, and seasonings. Stir to combine.
3. Cover and simmer for 15 - 20 mins or until pasta is cooked and sauce has reduced.
4. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
5. Remove from heat and let sit 5 mins until sauce is thickened.
6. Serve and enjoy!
