Ingredients:
5 slices bread
1 cup cottage cheese
1 teaspoon flour
1 pinch baking soda
1 pinch turmeric powder
1 egg, beaten
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 pinch salt
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix together cheese, flour, red chilli powder, soda, salt, turmeric powder and egg.
2. Spread this mixture evenly on the slices of bread.
3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the slices of bread till golden brown.
4. These slices can also be baked instead of being fried.
