Cheese Stuffed Hungarian Peppers

This is a fantabulous recipe that I've grown up with and absolutely love love love. You absolutely have to make it with good quality Hungarian peppers.
Ingredients:
1- 1/2 lb riccata cheese
1 lb mozarella cheese, shredded
1/2 c parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp parsley
1 tbs oil
1 - 2 gloves of garlic, pressed (to taste)
12 hungarian peppers, cleaned
Directions:
1. Mix all cheeses together.
2. Add salt, parsley, and garlic - mix well.
3. Stuff peppers with cheese mixture.
4. Place on foil lined baking sheet.
5. Drizzle oil on peppers.
6. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
