Ingredients:

2 slices bread

1 tablespoon sweet mustard pickle

1 slice cheddar cheese

1 cold cooked thickly sliced beef sausage

Directions:

1. spread sweet mustard pickle over both slices of bread.
2. top one slice with cheese and then sausage.
3. top with remaining slice of bread.
4. cut into 2 triangles.
