Ingredients:
180 g grated parmesan or any hard cow's cheese
1 large, or 2 middle apples, peeled and chopped or grated
1 small onion, chopped
1 middle fresh carrot, grated
5 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 cup walnuts
dressing
3/4 cup mayonnaise (maybe more or less)
juice from 1/2 lemon
salt, pepper to taste
Directions:
1. In a bowl combine grated cheese, apples, onion, eggs and carrot. Combine dressing ingredients and add to the cheese mixture, mix well. Garnish with crushed walnuts and refrigerate for 1 hour, serve.
