This came from Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution. I have not tried this posting for safe keeping.
Ingredients:
1 cup cottage cheese
6 eggs
3 tablespoons soya powder
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
oil
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients except oil in blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Heat oiled griddle until very hot. Drop batter by tablespoons onto griddle. Brown on both sides.
