Cheese Lovers Mozzarella Snacks

2 different mozzarella cheeses, some romano or parmesan and tons of flavor. Customize to your liking with chili powder, Italian herbs, or plain.
Ingredients:
1 pound fresh mozzarella cheese
1 pound smoked mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated romano or parmesan cheese
1 cup flour
2 eggs, beaten with milk and seasoned with salt and pepper
seasoned bread crumbs, plain bread crumbs sesoned with chili powder or plain panko crumbs.
oil to fry
Directions:
1. Cut each pound of mozzarella into 16 cubes.
2. Set up your station :
3. A shallow pan of flour, a shallow dish with egg, and a shallow dish with bread crumbs.
4. Roll mozzarella in flour.
5. Dip into egg.
6. Roll into bread crumbs.
7. AGAIN..roll in egg and dip in bread crumbs.
8. Sprinkle with romano or parmesan if not using chili powder-enhanced bread crumbs.
9. Fry in hot oil until golden brown and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.

11. Warm marinara sauce seasoned with fresh basil
12. Ranch dressing
13. Blue cheese dressing seasoned with a dash or 2 of Frank's Hot SauceĀ®
