I changed the recipe a little ; I used the low cal Bisquick, low fat milk, 1/4 tsp. dried parsely, twice the cheese and twice the garlic. I like mine a little zestier and they were very good. I also used an ice cream scoop and put the dough in a medium muffin pan to bake. Read more . enjoy, Tom

2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (2 ounces)
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dried parsely
heat oven to 450ºf.

Directions:
1. Stir Bisquick mix, milk and cheese until soft dough forms. Drop dough by 9 spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
2. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Stir together butter and garlic powder; brush over warm biscuits.
