Cheese Crusted Cauliflower

Perfect low carb side dish. This is so easy and my kids love it! I love using fresh vegetables.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
3 cups cauliflower florets (about one small head)
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/3 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons water
1/2 cup finely shredded swiss cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler.
2. In a large ovenproof skillet melt butter over medium heat. Add cauliflower, garlic, salt, nutmeg, and pepper. Cook and stir for 5 minutes.
3. Carefully add water; reduce heat, cover and cook about 5 minutes more until cauliflower is crisp-tender.
4. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with Cheese.
5. Broil 4-5 inches from the heat for 4-5 minutes or until cheese is browned.
