These are great for your kids.
Ingredients:
2 c. of all-purpose flour
1/4 lb of cold pack aged cheddar cheese
2 c. of crisp rice cereal
1 c. of butter
1/4 tsp.of ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. of salt
1/4 tsp. of ground celery seed
Directions:
1. First you want to blend butter and cheese in a food processor until creamy.
2. Now add flour, one cup at a time.
3. Then mix in seasonings.
4. Now remove cheese mixture to a large bowl and mix in the rice cereal, kneading gently if necessary.
5. You will then place dough on a floured board and roll out to 1/4 inch thickness.
6. You will need 2 inch cookie cutter to cut out.
7. Now you can place onto cookie sheet and bake at 325 F.
8. for approx. 20 minutes.
