Ingredients:
1 cup butter
2 cups cheese (shredded)
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon water
Directions:
1. Cream butter and cheese, beat in flour, salt and cayenne.
2. Shape dough into flat patty.
3. Cover. Chill 2 hours.
4. Roll out. Cut.
5. Place on ungreased sheets.
6. Mix egg and water and brush with egg wash.
7. Bake 10-12 mins 350.
