Cheese & Chive Penne for One

A classic Italian dish at a bargain price.
Ingredients:
3 1/2 ounces penne pasta
1 ounce blue cheese, crumbled
1 ounce parmesan cheese, finely grated
1 dash milk
2 teaspoons chives, chopped
1 pinch paprika
1 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon english mustard
Directions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente and drain.
2. Leaving a small handful of each for later, melt the cheeses with the butter, a dash of milk and a little paprika in a saucepan (this should take about 2 to 3 minutes).
3. Stir in the mustard.
4. Stir in the pasta, milk, remaining cheeses and chives and serve.
