Ingredients:
1 cup elbow macaroni
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 1/2 cups cooked ham, cubed
1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
1/4 teaspoon pepper
paprika
Directions:
1. Cook the macaroni in a large saucepan according to package directions; drain.
2. Add the butter; stir until melted.
3. Stir in the remaining ingredients, except paprika.
4. Pour into a lightly greased 2-quart shallow casserole dish; sprinkle paprika lightly over top.
5. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
