Cheese Cake Cream Cups Frozen Dessert

Quick-Easy-and-go-on-to- something-else! Cream cheese, powdered sugar, whipping cream mixed, pour into paper-lined muffin tins, freeze. Top with fruit or favorite topping before serving.
Ingredients:
1-8 ounce package cream cheese
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
2 cups whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract
fresh fruit or favorite topping
Directions:
1. In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth
2. Blend in powdered sugar
3. Add *whipping cream* and vanilla or almond extract
4. Mix thoroughly
5. Pour into 8 paper-lined muffin tins and freeze
6. Before serving, remove paper liners, spoon fresh fruit or favorite topping on each cream

8. Top with strawberries
9. Top with blueberries
10. Top with Apricot Preserves, top with fresh apricot half, toasted almonds
11. Top with mixture of fresh chopped cranberries, orange, sugar, pecans
