Cheese Ball

Like so many others, I've used different recipes for Cheese Balls... but this is one of the best ever!
Ingredients:
4 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 (5 ounce) jar kraft old english cheese spread
1 (4 ounce) package blue cheese
3 tablespoons finely minced onions
2 tablespoons finely chopped italian parsley (flat-leaf parsley)
1 cup finely chopped pecans, divided
paprika
finely chopped italian parsley, for garnish (optional)
Directions:
1. Let cheeses soften to room temperature.
2. In a medium bowl, mix the cheeses together with a fork until well blended.
3. In a small bowl, combine the minced onion, parsley, and 1/2 cup pecans; add to the cheese mixture, blending well.
4. Cover and chill until firm. Shape into a ball and roll in remaining nuts. Sprinkle with paprika and additional parsley, if desired . Chill.
5. Place in the center of a large platter or tray. Serve with crackers.
