Cheese And Potato Strudel

Very easy and delish using packaged strudel, puff or phyllo pastry
Ingredients:
1 pkg studel leaves or dough used for strudel ( phyllo, puff pastry etc )
1 pkg , 8 oz sharp cheese, ex: cheddar or other sharp cheese
pepper to taste
3 cloves of garlic minced
fresh oregano and thyme to taste
6 med potatoes
Directions:
1. Grate or shred cheese and mix in to taste chopped oregano, thyme and pepper and minced garlic
2. Cook potatoes, cool and mash
3. Mix in the cheese to blend
4. Place mixture on the pastry as one would for strudel and roll up strudel fashion
5. Place seam side down and Bake 180C until golden
6. Cool slightly and cut
