Ingredients:
1 (2 lb) can pineapple, drained,reserving juice and slightly salted
2 teaspoons sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 package mini marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 lb grated cheddar cheese
Directions:
1.
Heat the reserved pineapple juice.
2.
Add sugar and cornstarch.
3.
Thicken and cool.
4.
Add marshmallows and nuts.
5.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
