Cheese and Pasta in a Pot

Ingredients:
4 ounce(s) can sliced mushrooms
16 ounce(s) can stewed tomatoes
8 ounce(s) dry shell macaroni, cooked al dente
1 garlic clove, minced
2 pound(s) ground beef
14 ounce(s) jar spaghetti sauce
2 medium onions, chopped
1/2 pound(s) mozzarella cheese, sliced thin or shredded
1 tablespoon(s) oil
1/2 pound(s) provolone cheese, sliced
1 1/2 pint(s) sour cream
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef in oil in skillet. Drain off all but 2T drippings.
2. Add onions, garlic, shaghetti sauce, stewed tomatoes, and undrained mushrooms to drippings. Mix well. Simmer 20 minutes, or until onions are soft.
3. Pour half of macaroni into slow cooker. Cover with half the tomato/meat sauce. Spread provolone cheese. Repeat, ending with mozzarella cheese.
4. Cover. Cook on high 2 hours of low 3 hours.
